At the Postgraduate Medical Council of Western Australia (PMCWA) we value feedback from our junior medical officers as we progress towards our vision of well supported doctors providing excellent healthcare. This JMO feedback form is one avenue to provide this feedback.

Use this form to provide feedback to the PMCWA if:

• The issue relates to the structure, content and delivery of the training program, support for prevocational doctors, monitoring, evaluation, continuous improvement, and governance of the training program (as outlined in the AMC Accreditation Standards for prevocational training)
• You have progressed through the JMO Escalation pathway strategies to address these concerns, however they remain unresolved.
